Instructions
Step_1 Order synthetic phages. Enter three sets of coordinates of your choice. The package will be hidden discreetly near
one of them and you will be notified where to pick it up.
Package will contain:
1. Set of 4 needles, labeled.
2. Biometric analyser.
3. Needle instructions.
4. Cold pack.
5. Two sets of phages.
PLACE PHAGE PACKETS IN BOTTOM SHELF OF REFRIGERATOR IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
Step_2 Download software with the qa code we will send you.
Step_3 Closed needle biopsy. Recommended to have another person to help.
1. Apply location anaesthetic to the chest region using Needle A.
2. Wait ten minutes.
3. Insert Needle B immediately below the armpit, parallel with the nipple, to retrieve lung tissue sample.
4. Once sample has been retrieved, place empty tissue from the needle into the biometric analyser main compartment (labeled A)
Step_4 Setting up phages.
1. Plug biometric analyser into computer.
2. Open software and commence analysis.
3. Once completed, place the phage test tube in the biometric analyser, slot marked B.
4. Press Commence phage training. This process can take between 6 and 12 hours.
Step_5 Phage Injection.
1. Once phage training is complete, make sure to press “Remove Phages” in software, and then remove test tube.
2. Remove test tube top, and screw on needle head labeled “INJECTION”.<
3. Inject as an epipen would be injected, on the side of the upper thigh. Use a swinging motion. Phages will be expelled automatically.
4. Leave the needle head in for 10 seconds.
